Irish News vs Goodfellas.
The review is in. The Irish News has won its interest toward the Goodfellas case. This morning Brian Kerr and the two strange appeal to justice judges ruled that the jury, which decided the restaurant had been defamed, had been misled to the trial judge. Kerr altogether mechanical a retrial and said that when you notice a properly directed jury would must occasion in favor on the paper originally, he could not be certain.
